Sunday School

Sunday School is a fun and engaing program held on most Sundays in between worship services starting at 9:45 am. Younger children learn about God through songs, parayer, Bible stories, crafts, and games, and begin to hear about the many parts in a spirtitual environment. Older kids discover how to make their faith active in love through serving others and building relationships, discussing current issues and becoming empowered to apply their Biblical knowledge in practical ways to live out the Christian faith, through acts of kindness and purposeful service.

Vacation Bible School

Loads of fun learning about God - what's better than that?! Held for one week each summer, all kids in the community ages 4 to 10 are welcome, whether or not they regularly attend Temple Lutheran Church. This year's theme was "Roar! Life is Wild, God is Good"  and the kids learned songs, made crafts, heard and told stories, played games, ate delicious snacks and had lots of fun! Dates for VBS  2020 are August 3-7 Send us an email if you are interested in volunteering.
